The Tour Plan, previously referred to as the Tour Permit, is no longer required by the Norwela Council for outings inside the Council borders. If you have questions as to whether or not your outing will require one, contact the Council Service Center.
Even though a Tour Plan isn't required for outings within the Council borders, it may be a good idea to file one locally within your Unit to ensure you are meeting all BSA requirements regarding your outing.
